Thecha Recipe

8-9 green chillies destemmed and washed
8-9 cloves of garlic peeled,little ginger(optional)
A handful peanutes roasted and dehusked
Rock/common salt,1tsp oil

Heat oil in a kadhai and add the green chillies and garlic to it. Fry till the black/brown spots appear on the chilles and garlic.
Let it cool.Lighly pound the roasted chillies and garlic together with the peanuts and some rock/common salt.
Add a dash of lemon and serve with paranthas
